The project involves an online platform offering choreographed wedding dance instruction, tailored for couples with varying dance skills, aimed at preparing them for their special day. The Challenge

We started working on the client in June 2023, by making an initial checkup of their website and establishing clear goals and objectives for a 6-month ride.

SEO for wedding industry focused on bolstering the digital presence of a platform catering specifically to engaged couples looking for wedding dance lessons.

The challenge was to stand out in a market saturated with similar offerings because the competition in the online wedding services industry was wild.

We needed not only to outstand their competitors, but also to make website improvements in content quality, load speed, mobile usability, and conversion rates.

To help their website be crawled easier by search engines and receive organic results.

Execution / Optimization Process

During the audit, some problems were identified on the site:

  • website structure;
  • loading speed;
  • responsiveness and websites adaptability;
  • UX/UI issues;
  • missing CTA’s.

After a certain period, these problems were solved.

We started our optimization process from keyword research and strategy development. We conducted comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential keywords. Analyzed competitors to understand the content gaps and opportunities.

Continuing with on-page SEO improvements:

optimized meta tags and descriptions with targeted keywords. Enhanced site structure with clear navigation paths and internal linking strategies.

Followed by technical SEO improvements:

we improved website loading speed by optimizing images and leveraging browser caching.

Made the website fully responsive to ensure a seamless experience on mobile devices.

Implemented structured data to enhance visibility in search results with rich snippets.

Then we launched off-page SEO tactics and developed a link-building strategy focusing on obtaining high-quality backlinks from wedding SEO and dance-related websites.

After we continued with UX Optimization:

Enhanced UX design elements included a streamlined page layout and visually appealing design themes consistent with wedding aesthetics. Interactive elements such as real-time booking systems for dance lessons and interactive tutorials enhanced user engagement and satisfaction.

Finishing with conversion optimization. We focused on increasing site conversions through A/B testing of landing pages to determine the most effective designs and messages. Over the past six months, we have significantly improved the organic rankings of the website’s keywords. According to Semrush data from June 2024, the site now features 1,696 keywords in the TOP-100 search results, up from 969 in December 2023. Of these, 30 keywords have reached the TOP-3, a notable increase from 8 keywords in December 2023. Additionally, 156 keywords now rank within the TOP-4 to TOP-11 range, significantly higher than the 59 keywords in December 2023. This progress represents a 187% increase in keywords in the TOP-10.
