In November 2023, a European IT school approached Netrocket, an expert SEO consulting company. They were looking for SEO for IT companies’ services to enhance both offline and online training of IT professionals.

The project ran from December 2022 to May 2023 and focused on SEO for private schools and:

  • Increase organic traffic.
  • Improve the visibility of the website in the search engine for keywords.
  • Search for the points of growth of the site.

The Challenge

At the start of the project, technical optimisation errors were found through our SEO audit services. The quality of the link profile was low, and the meta tags needed to be replaced and optimised. A site structure with a minimum number of pages. We have decided to undertake the following tasks, with a focus on SEO for private schools:

  • On-page optimisation.
  • Site structure expansion.
  • Comprehensive off-site optimisation.
  • Fixing technical errors.
  • Monitoring and analysis of the results.

Execution/Optimization Process

To increase the site’s visibility in the search results, we have divided the tasks set into 3 phases.

Step 1: Technical Overhaul

  • Conducted a thorough site analysis to rectify indexing errors, including incorrect references, robots.txt blocking, and suboptimal meta tags.
  • Implemented recommendations to enhance overall site performance.

Step 2: Development of content for the site, taking into account ranking factors and target audience in terms of SEO for private schools

  • Conducted a content audit, restructured the site for easy navigation, and distributed key queries across relevant pages.
  • Crafted unique and informative texts for service pages.
  • Developing meta tags on the site. For each service page, we have optimised the meta tags (title, description, keywords), ensuring SEO for private schools was well presented.
  • Addition of expert content to the blog section. We have created and published articles, guides, tips, and other content related to the education sector. This helps position the company as an expert in the industry and attracts the target audience.

  • Leveraged expired-themed domains to transfer relevance and trust to the primary domain.
