We started cooperating with this client in December 2020. The niche they are working in is very specific, and they were struggling with increasing the visibility of their website in their location. Execution / Optimization Process

GBP optimization is essential if you want to be recognized in your location.

We did the audit, identifying problems that needed to be solved:

  • optimization of the company name;
  • change for the main business category (also adding a feature to follow the link to the registration form);
  • adding additional categories to describe company’s products and services;
  • upgrading the ‘Services’ tab;
  • adding business attributes;
  • updating the phone number, added some more numbers;
  • adding products and ‘Categories’ tabs;
  • updating the company’s favicon;
  • fixing working hours issue;
  • publishing posts with general information about the company, promotions, and current news;
